Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from JEB ENTERTAINMENT LLC, doing business as Drumming With Jarvis.

Consultations, lessons and video reviews

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email admin@drummingwithjarvis.com with your order number. After 24 hours, purchases are non-refundable.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session

Give at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, and missed sessions, are charged in full.

Digital downloads

All sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Show and project work

Refunds, deposits and cancellations for show and project work are covered by the written quote for that project.
